About Us

DevAC is headed up by Director Andy Cox, who has always applied his training in civil engineering and experience in construction management to building and development. 

During his time at John Sisk, he ran multiple complex construction projects across London, including a number of complex residential, hotel, commercial and student accommodation projects.

As his interest in the real estate sector grew, he moved to Queensberry where he managed developments for large fund and institutional money from inception to handover.

This allowed him to hone the appropriate skills for his current role at BMor. As Construction Director, he heads up all construction related activities to deliver a wide range of assets in the UK and Ireland, from acquisition through to disposal. He is responsible for the delivery of all their projects, from inception through to handover and the best restaurant tips in the office!

As Director of DevAC, Andy intends to apply his significant experience to building better solutions to a diverse range of urban issues. He is passionate about housing, and has a special interest in innovate ways the industry can meet changing demands in this area.
